Mtn contract is bad

My money was deducted from my account without my consent I have been phoning mtn customer service for since the 1st of this month to explain to me why they have double deducted from my account.. None of the customer service agents could explain to me what happened All of the agents was giving me different stories of why my monies were deducted and when my money will reflect in my account I have made numerous calls to the customer service department and asking to speak to a manager... Then if one of them say they will get a manager then just few seconds they drop the call This is very frustrating because why would they deduct from my account without any explanation I have been waiting 8 consecutive days for my money to reflect in my account mtn contract customers please be aware of double debits which it will take I don't know how many days to be refunded this is very unpleasant because none of them gave me a correct answer for when my money will reflect I have also send emails with no response This is stressful because it was my traveling monies
