MTN contract is a nightmare!!!

Getting a contract from MTN has been a nightmare. They gave me a cellphone number that belonged to someone else. I got tired and took Sim out from my phone cause of endless unknown calls. Then the next thing someone started using contract benefits, when I reported it they stopped my services for only 2 months and re-opened them again. When I asked the agent why they did that she said it's cause my account is not in arrears therefore they can't stop the services. I visited MTN store Ghandi and Carlton Center ,that was the worst customer experience ,they don't care to assist they only help people who came to pay or make new purchases,whereby the call center will tell you to go to the branch. I stopped paying my contract because it's the only way my services can be stopped,but still there is subscriptions on statements and I don't know what they are for,I know it's useless to query cause they can't even handle small queries. Since no one can assist me at MTN I hope my account gets handed over to attorneys or something cause then il be dealing with a different company, because of MTN my credit score has been ruined. MTN hand over my account please.
