MTN contract is a huge risk

It is a huge risk to have a contract with MTN. They decided on their own to put promo's which cost 50% more of the contract which I agreed to. I know what I can afford and therefore took out a contract which I could afford. Now the debit order is been returned unpaid, which means my phone and lifeline will be disconnected and I will be blacklisted for this action. I am so disapointed in the way MTN is doing business.

Reviewer Update
Goodday please make sure of your facts. The only promo I did agree to was 30g of data which I received for the three first months of the contract. My contract was upgraded September 2017. Suddenly I receive a whole lot of airtime since March 2018 which I did not previously received. As per customer care MTN they admit to fault on the February account and debit an amount short which they corrected in March. My contract fee was the same amount of R420 per month since October 2017 till January 2018. Now suddenly it has been raised to R481 and I do receive much more airtime than usual. Please explain that. I have already paid R420 as per my contract for this month.
