Mtn contract is a ****

I'm having issues with Mtn contract.i have been using it for a year without any issue.now suddenly last week the sim stoped connecting to internet ,when i called they told me they put a barrier in my sim coz i connected to my phone.i told them the reason i c9nnected to phone is their Router is no longer working for 6 month and no one assisted at the Mtn shop nearby.how can they block me when im paying the money mothly.i must not use my sim freely yet am paying monthly.what is the purpose of having contract sim if is not serving a purpose even their routers are faulty doesnt work and no one is willing to assist.i spoke to Nokuthula who promused me to lift the lock still yoday nothing was done.i called today and sople to Irene who was very rude to me,i ask to speak to the manager and she just put me on hold for 23 minutes until call droped.No solution still now both router and sim not working yet am paying money monthly.is that how you treat your clients.i might as well cancel as im no longer receiving Mtn service.
