Mtn contract insurance I never app**** for.

MTN insurance is a *****. I have 2 contracts with mtn, I opened the last on in March 2020 and I did not apply for insurance for any of my devices, surprisingly in April 2020 Mtn started debating me insurance that I never app**** for ,it happened for 4 or 5 months and ask for a cancelation and a refund they managed to cancel after a big struggle and countless emails and phone calls. They opened a ticket saying they are processing my refund because it was their mistake but until today I haven't got any refund or update, its been more that 6 months, I used to call everyday until I got Tired . Please tell me when am I getting my refund.
