Mtn contract i never app**** for

Ive been with mtn for a longers time ,i finished my contract with them last month,2022 around February surprisingly someone has done 2contract on my name,i only noted that when i was receiving debt check mandate on my bank.call mtn there was no help i went to mtn branch they confirmed contract and they told me it nonhlanhla B ndlovu from mando rewards company that open two contracts on my name.i went to rewards umhlanga 1st contact was vasigan naidoo whom promise to help me which he was nothing but a useless person he asked me to do affidavit and send him my ud copy which ive done, i made follow ups on him regard to this case and he never responded until today,went back to rewards 2nd contact was zaheera shaik which still there is no help, I'm so disappointed and disgusted by Mtn for not protect our information or for giving our information to ********* company without a person's consent, Mtn totally disregard popi act.totaly disregard and have no respect for their constomers.im beeing debted R1900 for something i dont know for something i don't have in my possession I'm so traumatized 😭 .
