MTN contract Huge price increase

I have had a contract which I took out on black Friday at a cost of R360pm. After 24 months the amount increased to R1200pm and when questioned I was told the black Friday data discount fell away and this was the new price. No one from MTN notified me of the price change and I had to pay the huge increase to close this account.
