MTN CONTRACT FROM HELL

Please help me cancell my contract with MTN. My Contract ended in August 2020 and I've been trying to since November 2020 and to this day it hasn't been cancelled.

The Numbem I am trying to cancel is *** My ID number is ***. I have tried calling MTN retentions 1000 times. Instead they keep billing me ridiculously.
