I received an email from MTN congratulating me on a new contract application. I never asked for a new contract so how does that work?

The address details are all messed up

Why is it a technology company has manual processes to sign up an existing customer

Very concerning, also with no way to report it on the application????

Whats even strange is this took place one day after emailing MTN customer care regarding termination of a contract
