MTN Contract *****!!!!

I wrote a review about a ********** use of my details for a cellphone contract in January 2018. To this day I have never heard anything back from MTN! The number I was given to follow up on regarding this doesn’t get answered. Now MTN has handed over my account to their debt collectors!! I was unemployed when this contract was taken in December 2017 as I had been retrenched at the end of October 2017! So how could I have taken up a cellphone contract??? Where’s the 3 months payslips that were given to whoever approved this contract?? Who did they confirm my employment with since I wasn’t working?? And I would also like to see the signature on the application for this contract!! MTN needs to catch a wake up!! Stop hiring *********** people to positions ;get your house in order! Am going to every social media platform to post my story because obviously the only time this will be resolved is when I get more people involved!!!
