Good evening

Please note that I had requested for mtn to send any evidence that the limit was changed telephonicaly or at a mtn store and they failed to produce any evidence. The feedback I got from mtn was that someone from mtn had hacked my account at mtn and changed the contract limit. I opened up a case at the SAPS and sent it through to mtn and have never received any feedback since. Instead I got a call from MBD attorneys telling me that I owe them R22000.

Kind Regards

I am yet to receive any feedback from MTN, currently I am paying MBD R600 a month for this particular contract to avoid my name from being blacklisted. MTN doesn't show any interest to assist me on this ***** case. It goes to show how little MTN think of their clients.
