Mtn contract foley
<p>I opend a data conract for myself and my daugthers phone in April 2016.I notice immediatly that they loaded the incorrect data on my phone.My data was correct .When i called them several times telling them they are loading half the data on my phone of what i am paying for ; at first they tried to confice me i am wrong .Later the said it would take a while to fix .It allmost October still waiting for them to fix it .Not happy ...</p>

We apologize for any inconvenience incurred.
Kindly be advised that the billing department has fix the package 2016/07/24. The system reflect that from August month you have received the 2GB recurring bundle + 2 GB night express + another 2GB night express.
The account will be credited with one month subscription fee for the second night express data not received when the account has been activated. R121.93 + Vat. This will be a goodwill credit against the account.
On invoice date 2016-07-13 you had pro-rata charges which means that you were first charged subscriptions fees for the days you were activated which is 2016-06-20 until the close of that invoice date 13-7-2016 you were then charged a month in advanced for the billing period.
Pro rata a billing is typical for your first month on contract and your bailing will resume to normal thereafter.
Note that all subscriptions fees are charged in advanced and usage is billed in arrears.
