MTN Contract Failure TO TERMINATE

MY contract for ( ********** 220) term ended on 14th October, On 18 September i sent an email requesting for termination nobody responded. on 23 Sep i went MTN Durban West Street Branch They said I must do cancellation through 808 or through them on the 14th and said whatever airtime accumulated would be transferred to prepaid. ON the 14th i called 808 requesting for a Migration to prepaid , was told that the cancellation department only operate during working days so I called 808 on the 16th, waited for an operator for 30++ minutes finally I spoke to Musa who told me that he send the request for Migration and said within 24 hours an sms would be deployed as confirmation. 24 hours lapsed no confirmation was received. On the 21st I received an sms "Your Mtn Anytime ...top up has been credited...." and I am like ***. Who in Hell is going to pay for that top up because according to my knowledge i requested for a prepaid migration beforehand. On 23rd i went to Mtn West street branch They told me contradicting bull they said they don't do cancellations and I must phone 808 and all airtime would be forfeited. Conclusion Mtn seems to be dominated by blood sucking vultures, reptilians, who are only interested in signing up new contracts. At the moment I am Unemployed I don't want this flipping CONtract. Please Migrate this to prepaid and please don't give me that"your airtime will be forfeited or you must use up all your airtime" who am i going to phone with R600+ Airtime. This airtime never fall from the sky, even if it did its for me to use at a suitable pace and not for you to exploit AMEN.
