MTN contract

I would like to just like to warn and stop anyone that is thinking or is in the process of taking a contract with MTN especially if you live in areas that are outside town. Their online service consultants will call you and convince you to take a contract with them, they will go as far as lying about coverage being present in your area just so you can be convinced, take the contract and boosting their sales/commission. When you get home you will find that the router doesn't work and once you call to cancel they will send you back and forth between going to the store and calling their 135 number. You will have sleepless nights because of it, you will hold the call for hours on end and everyone will just give you excuses on why they can't cancel it. They will use you a pawn in the beef that exists between the in store services and online services when all you want to do is cancel their contract !!!
