MTN Contract

Never have a cellphone contract with MTN I called to cancel my contract a month earlier but still they deducted the amount as if I'm still on a contract with them. After I called and have reference numbers and a confirmation sms that my contract was canceled, still they deducted R600.00 + in my account. MTN is really not taking their customers serious. Can't wait to port my number to another network.
