Mtn contract

Mtn made me sign up for a contract online while they didn’t give me the full necessary resources while expecting me to pay , as I refused they took me to credit bureau which I paid the full R2500 to clear the debt however a month later mtn still haven’t cleared my debt still showing my acc under legal status
