MTN contract ****

Took out a phone contract with them in 2022 which was supposed to run until last month July 2024 , we now in August but they still deducting the whole about for device which i finished paying for last month even though i spoke to their agents regarding my finalisation of this contract and how i wished to cancel their sim card services
