MTN CONTRACT

So I took a HP *** laptop on contract from MTN east gate in March 2018, the so called data was always an issue that I ended up losing interest in paying as I have been to the shop many times to report the problem that was never sorted or should I say the explanation I got from the it specialist was not helpful.

So I was handed over to Hamod Pole Majola Attorneys , I tried to explain my reasons of not paying the credit provider (MTN) but they didn't care about that and demanded I pay which I did. I even pay the last payment which was the amount of R1982 twice because they claimed that they did not receive the payment and demanded for proof , first payment of R1982 was a deposit through their FNB account number *** in Around June 2018 which they denied receiving and I could not provide it proof of payment at the time as I lost it during a car hijacking incident . Second payment of the same amount R1982 was an internet transfer from my capitec account number *** in 29 August 2019. Until to date on the credit report I still have the same amount reflecting as owing and the judgment is still on my report even though I have paid up the account .

I have been phoning the attorneys and MTN but am not getting anywhere . Their phones are ringing unanswered

I am so fed up with this because when I was not paying I was receiving calls non stop but now I am unable to get hold of any one and this has affected my credit report profile as the account still reflect as unpaid and handed over .

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF THIS MESS CAN BE CORRECTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BY MTN
