MTN contract dispute

On the 14th of March 2024 I visited MTN store in Woodmead to make inquire about my contract dispute. However I was told my account was handed over to legal department.

I then sent and email to “ ***,”*** and *** with no response

I sent another email to follow up on the 12th of May 2024 I received an email from “ Simangele Prudence Ntuli” from their customer care department telling me that their legal department have a huge backlog since then I’ve been sending emails with no assistance

Its been over 4 months now I still haven’t heard from them, I can’t even apply for anything because of this issue I’m really disappointed and frustrated with all inconvenience caused.
