MTN Contract_ disaster

Bad service I took a 24 mth contract online when 24 mths was done ne called to cancel. To my surprise I was told its a 36 mths I told them that all emails and docs were written 24 mths. I have called mtn more than 100 times no way forward as tgey say they jave upgraded their system, they referred me to Mondo also no help... Emailed their complaints department and attached contract details... No response. Saidly they debit my account every month for a contract that should have ended in October 2022 I
