MTN CONTRACT DEPARTMENT UNABLE TO HELP ME TO SETTLE MY ACCOUNT

It is absolutely frustrating and crazy that MTN expects me to remember 100% of their questions on events of over 4 years ago.

I called the contracts department because I have a long standing owing balance that I want to settle/pay-off. So I can't pay off the account just because I can't pass their questions.
