MTN contract delays

Good day,

I am very disappointed with MTN in Braamfontein, I app**** for a cellphone contract with them got approved within 3 days, however it been a full month and I have not yet received the phone due to no stock. what's more disappointing is the fact that no once calls or sends an email to advise on the progress, when you get there the consultant just tells you that they requested for stock and have not yet received it.

Very disappointing.
