MTN contract declined for no reason

New contract declined and no reason given or appeal possible. With my salary I could easily afford several times the cost of this contract. I remember that I had this happen last time I app**** about 3 years ago and was eventually resolved through appeal but this time no one even bothered to call and find out what the story was. Very poor service and no one seems interested in customer service anymore.
