MTN Contract Declined

I app**** for the sim only data deal and an agent called to conclude the application and confirmed that I have met all the criteria and I submitted my documents. I just got an sms saying that my application was declined however the contract was declined for a reason which the agents cannot explain. Shocking service to a loyal customer of over a decade.
