MTN contract deciept and bad service.

So I had a data contract from over 2 years ago. I paid everything upfront. The contract ended a few months ago. Why am I still being charged for it, and now I'm paying more than what I would have paid monthly with the contract. I called customer service and they cannot help me. The call ends and no one calls me back. Disgusting service.
