MTN CONTRACT DEBIT ORDER

I took the iPhone 11, 64g on MTN contract and the agreement was to pay the R529, sometimes they take R590 upwards and there is no unlimited airtime or data I have subscribed to, it was April 2023 till today. The problem is that the money always debited monthly does not correspond with what I have signed for, I did escalate this issue many and I never got any feedback I even sent them emails explaining my problems but no one got back to me. I am even willing to terminate the contract because seems like they are robbing me, I have never regretted taking something on credit the way I do, This is really draining me.
