MTN Contract - DATA

I have a MTN Made For Me M contract which i have had for more than a year, every month on the 2nd I receive my data, my minutes and sms's but as from the beginning of this month it seems that I was only recharged with minute and sms's but NO DATA, I have called 135 "MTN customer care" multiple times and have escalated every single call logged and still no resolution, WHAT more do I need to do to have this resolved???
