MTN CONTRACT

@MTN what does it take for someone to receive good service from you, i took a phone contract with you in May and you gave me a faulty phone, i took it back to the store and I've been getting run arounds by those people working at the store until the 8September when they finally took it. You promised to give me a new phone after 2weeks which now we are on week 7.i have been calling making follow ups and sending emails with no success and you are still deducting money from my account. Now i want to cancel this nonsense con tract you dont answer your phone or my emails. Please i cant keep paying for a phone i dont have and your service is poor, i dont want anything to do with you guys..cancel the contract coz i cant keep paying for a phone i dont have
