MTN contract

Spoke to the most rude Agent ever Mantobonyane Seemela this person was not interested in anything i was asking just wanted to tell me off if i may put it for a lack of a better word I could literally feel the attitude over the phone what even upsets me is the fact that i had to pay 130 penalty fee with my bank for something they created and i couldn't get any clarification as to why was i debited twice o what is the charge for

i really hope something will be done about this rude agent and dealt with accordingly
