Mtn contract consultants are **********

I took a contract with mtn in December 2018 (Galaxy A7 ) a R350 contract for 24months.Mtn delivered my phone with 3 sim cards which i didn't not know about, I destroyed 2 sim cards and i left one for my phone since i didn't request for extra sim cards.

Come month end mtn deducted R550 instead of R350 ,I phoned them multiple times to solve the problem for me ,They told me that an extra money was for the other two sim cards & they were contract sim cards which i didn't not signed for.They promised to listen to the recordings and make sure i did not agree on them and they will come back to me and cancel the contract.(January 2019).Mtn never came back to me,I kept on phoning them till today,They deducted R550 instead of R350 for 24 months and I've never used the other two sim cards till today.

My contact with them was suppose to end on the 15th of December 2020 i phone them again several timeds to make sure they end the contract as agreed but it only came to my surprise that they billed me and send me an email that I'm still owing them end of January 2021

Mtn sucks and i don't want anything to do with mtn contract (Mtn consultant are **********) and your service is very bad when it come to customers complains in contract department.
