MTN Contract Confirmation - UV***

Mike Ramaboka responded to my 1st review that i will recieve a call from the Sales Supevisory team from d 2nd of October ....tilll this day im still waiting for their call for how long must I wait for my issue to be resolved .... ..I have be a loyal customer with MTN for many years ...is this how loyal customer being rewarded for being loyal at MTN .....I still have not received my phone yet ....The person who assisted me doesn't get back to me BT everytime I call "they tell me email has been sent to Austin frm Mtn direct Durban .....its almost 2 months now money have been debited on my account but NO PHONE this us not fare . sis MTN stop robbing your customer n***
