MTN contract complaint
Greetings, MTN Outlet at Dainfern Square in Gauteng has since took my phone on the 5th September 2019. The phone was taken to be fixed due to factory fault. My number is as follows: ***. It is a contract phone.
I have went to the store several times only to receive sour g****s from their Manager called Watson. He gives me an attitude everytime I go check the whereabout of my phone. The phone has not reached the services depart since the day it was left. After several calls to MTN SA none have no idea where is my phone.
All they do is to deduct monies from my account. I need my phone as soon as yesterday or they must stop deducting. I also feel that the best solution is to cancel the contract. It has been four months without a single phone call from MTN SA for any updates.
Please help me to find my phone or cancel the Contract.
