mtn contract complain

<p>I have been at mtn for very long now and iv had more than one contract. and i have been paynig loyal but then iv had some issus with sim swops and i was not resiving the data or airtime i was supose to get and my selfone line was cut off and i went to them to end my contract and i have paid te amount that they gave me to end the contract and for a while i havent heard from them then they stsrted to bother me again with money im behind on and i have told them im done so they told me if i pay a fee that i wil be done so i have paid them again not very long same story so the other day i went to mtn again and i stil owd them money so again i paid and now they told me im at legal department because i own them an amount of 16 000 and i nhave to pay. iv been at sevral mtn stores and iv made lots of calls to just see how they get that amount and why i stil own them money but no one can assist me and everyone just puts me trough to someone els iv been strugeing so bad just to get coppys of my contract details and proof of payments but they just dont assist me and i dont pay more that 7000 rand a month with rent and food and living costs i just cant aford the amount that im due on with no reson please asist me</p>
