MTN contract cancelled

I purchased a Laptop online, but cancelled the Contract in writing a month later and returned the device to our local MTN Shop. MTN however continue deducting the premiums from my account. I contacted them via phone & email to pay back my refund, with no success. I am just receiving "reply" emails with no resolution and refund. Please help !
