MTN is holding me against my will. When I call and choose the option to cancel my contarct they don't pick up. But i deliberately chose the renew contract option and they immediately answered. They claim the cancellations department is busy like ***?. Who can we report this abuse to.?. Is it because your company is so big and you can do as you please as you do with our aitime and data?. This is *******, they did the same nonsense with my first contract and now they are doing it again. Is it because our government does not monitor the abuse you put us through ?. I want out of my contract and when i do the necessary nothing happens. Please MTN South Africa I want out of my contract please respond for my personal information. You are stressing me a lot .
