MTN contract cancellations are a nightmare

mtn are bullies. in march 2024 i got quoted for an early termination of my 2 contracts that i have with them, paid the amount and initiated the cancellation process. but mtn kept the contracts active till to date, been calling retentions for the past few months but they keep taking me from pillar to post with the issue. escalation after escalation but nothing happens. different story on every interaction.
