Mtn contract cancellations

I have been trying to cancel my wifi router for 2 days now.the number for new contracts goes through but not the option for cancellations. I end up staying on the line for over 15minutes only for the call to be cut.I am just waiting to cancel.To top it off the wifi signal keeps buffering despite calling their coverage line.
