Mtn contract cancellations

I'm so disappointed in Mtn. I've taken out a contract with them and after it ended this year, I canceled it. After constant fight with the legal team, I got a confirmation email saying they cancelled it.. To my surprise, there are still amounts that a popping out showing that I'm owing them of which I am not. Please fix this as its affecting my credit score . ***
