MTN Contract Cancellation **** cell number ***

I have been trying to cancel my MTN Contract that since the end of June 2021 because that is when my contract was coming to an end, today alone i spoke to Refilwe who transferred me to the cancellation department where i was holding for more than an hour, MTN is making it difficult for us to cancel so that we can still continue to pay even after our contact end because it you do not cancel they will continue debiting your account until you cancel it, this is just MTN,s way of trying to **** people by making it difficult for us to cancel the contract after it end because they know they are benefiting from it, i want my contact for cellphone number *** to be cancelled and i do not want any of there service champion to call me and try to offer me a deal, IM NOT INTERESTED, all i want is for this contract to be cancelled because just like their service champion I'm also working from home, i cannot be on hold for more than an hour when will i have time to do my job, the job that I'm actually being paid for, the very same that is making it possible for me to pay that contract.
