MTN Contract Cancellation - Out of Box Failure

I opened a new contract on the 31st of July 2023. The handset had an out of box failure. MTN Ballito Junction store has been trying to cancel this contract as it was an out of box failure. It has now been over 2 months and this is still not cancelled. I have visited the store almost weekly. I have called the cancellations department daily. No one will assist and nothing can be done.

AVOID MTN at all costs
