MTN Contract Cancellation Not Processed

MTN is refusing to cancel my contract even though it has already expired. I have returned the router to the store and have proof of return, including the IRMS number. However, I have not received any feedback to date.

I was informed that I must wait until the router reaches the warehouse, but in the meantime, I am still being billed for a service I no longer have.
