MTN Contract Cancellation Issues

My contract ended in April, ever since I have been trying to cancel the subscription with MTN , each time I get an reference number and the contract is not cancelled, this is unacceptable how is this hard to cancel.

The call center is the worst, the consultants does not know head to tails of whats going on, I need this resolved...
