MTN CONTRACT CANCELLATION

I had 2 contract phone with mtn which ended in 2023 june. i then called requesting cancellation in july....... My contract have not been cancelled till to date. i have been doing follow-up in which they will tell me there is no request cancellation lodged and the contracts are still active , and now i have paid more than 2000R AFTER I HAVE REQUESTED CANCELLATION CAUSE THE SIM-CARDS ARE STIILL ACTIVE , AT PRESENT I HAVE NONE OF THOSE SIM-CARDS. I SENT AN EMAIL TO MTN-COMPLAINS STILL THEY COULD NOT ASSIST ME, AND A WEEK AGO I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY TLD ME IT HAS BEEN FIXED, THIS WEEK 24/01/17 I CALLED AND I AM BEING TOLD THE SAME STORY. MTN IS A ****, AND MY CREDIT SCORE IS BAD BECAUSE OF THEM, THEY CANNOT ASSIST ME, AND THEY KEEP CHARGING ME. I AM OUT OF OPTIONS NOW, ON WHERE TO ESCALATE THIS.
