MTN CONTRACT CANCELLATION

I have a contract with mtn for a month to contract which expired in February already . I have requested that the contract be cancelled as I am no longer interested in the offer.. I was told that it will be cancelled till today since February.. I contacted the contact centre thinking that I will get assistance regarding the cancellation but no one seems to assist me. Even went to the MTN store and they said should call 135 for assistance… the so called service champions just put you on hold for more that 10 minutes without assisting. I am not happy with how I am treated as client . Instead of cancelling they call me and tell me to upgrade…
