MTN Contract Cancellation

Very bad customer service experience, i paid my contract in full but struggling to cancel the contract. I do not want contract with MTN going forth, I don’t understand what is it they do not understand. If by any chance any one senior or with logic at MTN sees this post please contact me on ***.
