MTN contract cancellation

Take MTN contract at own risk. Been trying to cancel my MiFi-router with then as I had taken another contract. It’s been 3 months calling in and being told to follow a new procedure to cancel. Went to the store and I was told to call 135. Tried calling and I was referred back to the store to make payment. After I was informed I was supposed to call again for them to process the cancellation.

Just on the 31st oh March I was quoted R550,67 then on the 1st of April I was informed that there’s a new outstanding fee of R870 on top of the amount I had already paid.

Never Ever taking a contract or anything that has to do with MTN.

You’ll be running around like a headless chicken as their agents provide you with half the information of what you are supposed to do. Withholding information just so you can continue paying.

Oh! Not to forget their automatic limit updates without your consent. They always find a way into trapping you to pay more than your initial agreement.

This is by far the worst Service Provider.
