Mtn contract cancellation

I got a data only contract, it suddent just stopped working in my area and when i went to cancel the contract I got sent from pillar to post with no timeous resolution. I was told to call the call centre to get a cancellation settlement fee then go to the store to pay, i did exactly that on the same day. I called the call centre to cancel immediately after that and was told the settlement amount I was given was not correct. I requested for the right one to which my call kept getting transferred until i was cut off. I kept calling until eventually no one attended to my call. The customer service is not up to par and the agents give horrible attitude when we request for assistance.
