MTN contract cancellation and still invoicing

This will be the last time I am communicating with you as I have officially had enough.
I have complained on all forms of social media and to this email address and not once has anyone gotten back to me. I just received my statement and I am absolutely infuriated that I actually don't know what to do anymore.

On the 20th October 2015, After I had been into your store at Eastgate, Johannesburg and was told to email CIM RETENTIONS because you can't phone these people you can only email them. I sent my query through asking what would the charges be to cancel my contract earlier. I only got a reply on the 4th November asking me what handset I have and the size of my phone etc. They then rep**** on the 11th November with an amount which I was confused about and asked for some more details. No one bothered to reply to me. This was my reference number ***2. I went back into the MTN store and was told the only other option I have is to wait it out and give my 30 days notice to the same email address and this needs to be done no later that the 5th January because my contract comes to an end at the 5th February. This was the only solution I was offered because not even a staff member can call the Retentions department to help me and find out what is going on.

I sent my "notice" email the 3rd January. Still no response at all. On the 24th January I email again asking can I please have some feedback or confirmation that they even received my email. No response. I moved to London and was getting desperate because no one is contacting me I searched high and low to see if there was another email address and the only other one I could find was the general enquiries email. So again on 3rd March I email, stating my story and that my bank account will now be closed as I was keeping it open waiting for the final debit order from MTN to go off which it had. On the 7th March I had a lady emailing me asking do I want to have my number deactivated or moved to pay as you go and I said deactivated. I haven't heard of another word since then and I get an email saying I owe R1490 as of 1 April and now one saying I owe R1341 as of 1 May. My number was ***. I urge you to please fix this for once and for all. No more debit orders can go off they will bounce. I have literally done everything that I possibly could to sort this out and there is nothing more I can do. You can contact me on +*** or *** if you want me to forward you my proof of email threads I will do so as I am not paying another cent when I have done what I was meant to and gone above and beyond to follow up and chase you.
