MTN contract cancellation and refund

I have cancelled my data contract in June 2022 already and recieved sms that it will be cancelled. In september MTN deducted more than R1k for a data contract that I cancelled 2 months prior. On Friday 02/09/2022 I spoke to the accounts department 3 times and retention department 3 times where it was a back and forth who needs to help me. eventually after 40 min on the phone with mtn they said they will refund my money to myaccount within 24 - 48 hours , its now Wednesday 07/09/2022 5 days later and still no refund in my account. I phoned mtn yet again today to find out what it the hold up again having issues with mtn. First lady could not hear me due to mtn having issues on their side then while they helping me on the phone the call gets cut and again I had to phone mtn. Got to another employee just to get told that the credit to my account was logged by Themba ref *** and will be paid but could not tell me when. I have been a loyal mtn customer for years and have 2 cell contracts with mtn currently and this is absolutely terrible service from mtn
