MTN contract cancellation , .. a night mare

more than 2 months to cancel my contract and zero help even today when calling call centre 1st time they open the line and no one speaking 2nd time they open and after 2 min call drops (i am not moving , and have enoough air time) last month even went to the shop , they are helpless
